![]() ![]() (no need to burn an image to a physical DVD, no need to use a flash drive) Check the sha256 sum of the RHEL Server iso for 2 reasons, 1) to make sure your Binary DVD is not corrupted and 2) that you are not inadvertently attempting to use a boot dvd.Since you are using Oracle VirtualBox and intend to install RHEL from a DVD ISO, Red Hat's Developer website has instructions specifically for Virtualbox (and you may have already seen it) However, one thing overall is to make sure you're using the Binary DVD and not a boot disk, and to make sure the DVD you downloaded is valid (you can check it, I have instructions here).
